About The Role
This full‐time Business Analyst role, based at our North Ryde Head Office, supports the management and improvement of CSR's business processes and systems. You'll be the key link between business teams and IT, analysing and mapping workflows to drive efficiency and consistency. A core focus of the role is uplifting system competency, strengthening process compliance, and helping teams use systems more effectively across the organisation.
* Analyse existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop improved workflows supported by detailed process documentation.
* Conduct root‐cause analysis to address performance issues and recommend practical, innovative solutions.
* Gather and document business requirements, translating stakeholder needs into clear and testable technical specifications.
* Contribute to solution design and ensure alignment with organisational priorities throughout implementation.
* Collaborate with IT and project teams to support delivery, including reviewing test plans, performing regression testing, and conducting UAT.
* Assist with training, change management, and BAU adoption to ensure smooth rollout of new processes and solutions.
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project goals.
What You Bring To The Role
* 2–3 years' experience in business analysis or a related discipline.
* Proven capability in requirements analysis, process modelling/mapping, gap analysis, solution development, and data mapping.
* Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous operational needs into efficient, user‐focused system and process solutions.
* Strong aptitude for learning new software and understanding end‐to‐end business processes.
* Effective planning, prioritisation, and project/change management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
* Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyse complex data and processes to develop practical business solutions.
