We are now seeking an experienced Commercial Site Manager to oversee the development of a large-scale facilities precinct at one of their new developments in Kilcoy.
The Role:
This role will oversee the construction of premium resident facilities, you will play a critical role in delivering commercial builds that set the benchmark for quality, finish and functionality within a resort-style environment. This site has a multi-year construction program, providing long-term continuity.
* Plan and manage day-to-day site operations for end-to-end commercial construction from civils to final fishes.
* Lead plant subcontractors, trades and labourers across all build stages
* Ensuring quality assurance standards and inspection requirements are met
* Identify and resolve site issues proactively to maintain build momentum
* Coordinate with head office support teams and on-site stakeholders
About You:
* Previous experience in delivering commercial construction projects
* Minimum of a QBCC Low Rise Licence or eligible to obtain
* Strong site leadership experience with a practical, hands-on approach
* Solid knowledge of WHS requirements and safe site practices
