Join Our Team as a Quality & Performance Reporting Analyst – Drive Data‑Informed Decisions
About the Role
As a Quality & Performance Reporting Analyst, you will focus on performance monitoring through the development and delivery of reporting services, dashboards, and data products for internal and external stakeholders. You will advise on best practices for data collection and system use, enhance existing reporting frameworks, and support data analytics and performance monitoring initiatives. Your work will ensure RMCLHN's decisions are informed by accurate, reliable, and actionable information, contributing to high‑quality healthcare delivery across the network.
What We're Looking For
* Experience identifying business data and reporting requirements and in utilising database management and extraction methods and tools, to underpin the delivery of reliable and accurate reporting.
* Experience in the use of database and reporting tools to meet data and reporting requirements.
* Experience in the use of data analysis techniques and statistical packages.
* Experience in the collation, management, and analysis of large volumes of data from multiple systems.
* Experience in the use of MS Excel files and databases.
* Experience in problem solving databases including queries and AI prompting.
* Experience with working with multi‑disciplinary teams and internal/external stakeholders concurrently.

Appointment Requirements
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements:
* National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (e.g., aged care employment or work involving vulnerable clients).
* Immunisation Risk for this position is – Category C.
