About the Role
As a Reservations Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, shaping their journey before they even arrive. You'll handle enquiries and bookings with warmth, confidence, and attention to detail, ensuring every interaction reflects our Good Natured Service philosophy.
You'll work closely with the Front Office and Sales teams to deliver a seamless guest experience and ensure accuracy across all booking channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage guest reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
* Provide clear and accurate information on room types, rates, packages, and hotel services
* Handle changes, amendments, and cancellations in a timely and professional manner
* Monitor third-party booking platforms against our direct website rates
* Identify and flag any discrepancies or booking issues
* Maintain accurate records and follow up on reservation details
* Collaborate with Front Office and Sales to ensure a smooth guest journey

About You
You are someone who genuinely loves hospitality and creating positive guest experiences. You bring professionalism, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset to everything you do.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* A natural problem-solver who remains calm under pressure
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident using hotel reservation systems (adaptability highly valued)
* Previous experience in reservations, front office, or guest services preferred
* Passionate about teamwork and contributing to a supportive, high-performing environment
