About the role:
Seeking a detail-oriented part-time bookkeeper to join our team at a group of family run businesses based out of Maleny and Brisbane. Using Xero, you will ensure our financial records are accurate and our compliance is up to date. This role is ideal for individuals looking for a flexible, part-time position that allows them to work from home while being part of a friendly and supportive team. We would love a person who is willing to occasionally attend the office also in Maleny if required.
Key responsibilities:
1. End to end processing including bank and stripe reconciliation
2. Accounts payable and accounts receivable
3. Assisting with various administrative tasks
4. Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
5. Managing weekly payroll, including STP reporting and superannuation lodgement.
About You:
You are an experienced bookkeeper with a solid understanding of end-to-end finance process using Xero. Confident in managing accounts payable, payroll, reconciliations and general bookkeeping tasks within an organisation.
