Responsibilities
* Be the driving force behind exceptional village experiences, where safety, respect, and wellbeing are at the forefront.
* Lead and coordinate all aspects of operations across our resort-standard accommodation, ensuring facilities run seamlessly 24/7.
* Oversee housekeeping, transport operations, catering coordination, guest services, and contractor engagement, creating a professional, supportive, and respectful home away from home for our workforce.
* Promote psychosocial safety and foster an inclusive village culture so every resident feels valued, supported, and able to thrive.
* Take charge of all village operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment. Oversee housekeeping, catering, maintenance, guest services, and transport, delivering high standards across every touchpoint.
* Lead catering teams to provide exceptional food services with strict food safety compliance.
* Manage budgets and stock control with cost optimisation and transparency.
* Analyse workforce data to prepare reports on cleaning forecasts, attendance, and transport movements.
* Communicate clearly and professionally, engage teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and maintain collaboration across departments.
Qualifications
* Proven leader with experience in complex village, hospitality, or remote operations.
* Ability to inspire and develop diverse teams, communicate effectively, manage expenditure, use operational data to inform decisions, and uphold compliance frameworks and safety protocols.
* Resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to high performance.
* Current driver's license and flexibility to meet operational demands.
