Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in electrical or building services? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established electrical contractor delivering maintenance and asset management solutions across commercial and industrial environments. You'll play a key role in developing new business opportunities while managing and growing existing client relationships. Working closely with internal engineering and operations teams, you will help clients improve electrical system reliability, reduce risk, and maintain critical infrastructure through preventative maintenance programs.

This role would suit someone with experience in electrical services, building services, or technical B2B sales who enjoys developing client relationships and generating new business within a growing and established organisation.
The Role:
* Develop and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities
* Prospect for new leads through networking, referrals, and market engagement
* Assess electrical systems and identify preventative maintenance opportunities
* Prepare proposals, pricing, and reports aligned with company standards
* Deliver professional presentations and negotiate service agreements
* Work closely with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver client solutions
Requirements:
* 5–10 years' experience in customer-facing B2B roles within electrical, building services, or similar industries
* Proven ability to generate leads, develop opportunities, and close new business
* Strong relationship management and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple client accounts and competing priorities
* Electrical industry knowledge or experience highly regarded
