A leading work and wellness provider is seeking an accomplished professional to oversee a multidisciplinary team of rehabilitation consultants.
This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on client care, including rewarding work with DVA clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team of consultants
* Oversee team performance and quality
* Explore new business opportunities and growth areas
* Train and develop junior staff members
* Provide guidance on case management practices
* Identify barriers to return-to-work and design programs to assist injured employees
Essential Qualifications
* Registration in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Chiropractic, or Rehab Counselling
* Current vehicle and driver's license, with ability to travel for work
* Minimum one year experience in workers' compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation
* Proven written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to gather and analyze information accurately
* High level customer service skills and ability to grow business through referrals
* Strong organisational and time management skills
