In this role, you will support our iconic portfolio of tourism accommodation parks, including some of Australia's best offerings. You will lead seasonal recruitment campaigns with proactive flair to ensure quality candidate search and attraction.
1. Resourcing for seasonal and permanent appointments such as support staff and Park Management roles
2. Proactive workforce search using all available tools
3. Attract, screen, interview and reference check candidates
4. Work closely with Regional Operations Managers and P&C Business Partners to achieve quality and timely resourcing outcomes
5. Contract requests, compliance, CRM/talent pipelines and internal mobility management
To succeed, you'll need experience within a recruitment agency or internal recruitment role, preferably in Hospitality or retail. Your strong project management skills, reporting capability and exceptional communication skills are essential.
