Job Title: Property Portfolio Specialist
This is a crucial role where you'll ensure all legislative requirements are met, while providing professional customer service, guidance, and support to valued clients and suppliers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Serving as the designated contact point for properties under your care.
* Providing unit owners with expert advice on legislation and compliance matters.
* Responding promptly to client queries via phone and email.
* Chairing and minuting meetings (held at properties, in the office, or virtually).
* Developing and managing budgets for property-related expenses.
* Arranging and overseeing property maintenance activities.
* Handling insurance claims and ensuring timely resolutions.
* Coordinating correspondence with clients and maintenance service providers.
* Following up on maintenance jobs and quotations received from service providers.
* Assisting colleagues and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
