Qualifications and Attributes
* Current Property Management Registration
* Valid Driver's Licence
* Punctual and well presented
* Excellent communication, organisation & time management skills, while following company systems & procedures
* Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work, clients and colleagues
* Competent computer skills; knowledge of Property Tree and RentFind is an advantage, however training can be provided
Experience
* Property management: 2 years (required)
Licensing and Certifications
* Full Driver Licence (preferred)
* Real Estate Licence (required)
Work Location and Authorisation
* Work Location: In person
* Work Authorisation: Australia (preferred)
Hours and Salary
* Required hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch
* Schedule: 8 hour shift
* Salary will be based upon experience and discussed at interview
