About Triple Zero Victoria
We are a critical link between the Victorian community and emergency services agencies, providing 24-hour call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.
Role Description
Emergency Communications Officers receive and process all triple zero calls from the public and other emergency service agencies. Every day is different and rewarding in equal amounts.
* You will be helping someone in their worst moment and relying on you for composure and ability to guide them through the call.
* You will be well supported from your first day with comprehensive training before talking real triple zero calls with your teammates.
