About the Role
As Branch Manager, you will be at the forefront of leading and developing a diverse team in a dynamic and essential industry. You will lead operational functions, drive business development and foster a culture of continuous learning, and maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance within the branch. You'll combine your leadership expertise with a focus on employee engagement to drive performance and ensure that our team members feel connected, valued, and supported in their roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that all fire protection services, inspections, and compliance checks are carried out to the highest standard.
* Engage & Inspire: Build and nurture a high-performing, motivated team by implementing employee engagement strategies that encourage professional growth and foster a sense of purpose in their work.
* Safety First: Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to by the team, leading with safety as your core value. Promote a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility.
* Customer Focus: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance with industry regulations.
What We're Looking For
* Leadership Experience: Previous experience in branch management, team leadership, or operations, preferably within the fire protection, building services, or similar industries. An electrical or mechanical background would be highly regarded.
* Passion for Engagement: A strong belief in the power of engaged, motivated teams. You will be dedicated to creating an environment where employees feel heard, valued, and encouraged to grow.
* Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with both internal teams and clients.

* Safety-Driven: A deep understanding of safety regulations, compliance, and fire protection practices. Experience in the fire protection or safety services industry is preferred.
