About the role
Joining this Property Management team, the role takes on an established, neat and tidy rent roll of only 165 properties where you will have a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to support you. You will not do the routines and will have heaps of support.
Your role will be predominantly doing the senior duties, landlord communication and portfolio management where you are not micromanaged and simply left alone to do.
The role will be responsible for, but not restricted to:
• Liaising with Landlords
• Repairs and Maintenance
• Arrears Management
• Attending and preparing for QCAT
About You
• Minimum 2+ years Property Management experience managing your own portfolio
• Australian Driver's Licence
• Strong Communication Skills
• Neat and tidy personal presentation
