We currently have 13 operating centres across NSW and VIC, catering for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years of age.

We are entirely Australian and privately owned and operated, employing over 300 professionals and supporting over 2,500 children.

About The Centre

Thrive, Warragul is our brand new, purpose built centre with onsite parking. Operating Monday to Friday, 7am - 6pm, the centre caters for up to 116 children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age.

The team supports children's growth and development through child lead experience, providing nurturing and caring environments where children feel a sense of belonging.

The centre has five spacious rooms along with a beautiful outdoor play space that allows for imaginations to run wild.

About The Role

The team is looking for an experienced Room Leader to lead a team of educators in one of their five rooms.

You will be joining a supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged!

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
  • Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high‐quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents/carers.
  • Actively contribute to the educational program through conversations, observations, and documentation.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Current Working With Children Check.
  • Sound and practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS).

8 hour shift.

In person.
