Public Law Solicitor
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Public Law Section as a solicitor and contribute to high-profile cases that impact the community.
The section conducts a broad litigious and advising practice, providing legal advice and representation to ministers, government departments, and statutory authorities.
Solicitors from the section regularly appear before various courts, boards, and tribunals.
The work of the section is of significant public importance, supporting major governmental priorities such as child protection, law and order, industrial safety, and fair trading.
As a LEC1 - LEC3 solicitor, you will provide high-quality advice and representation on matters of ordinary complexity to clients of the Crown Solicitor's Office, subject to varying supervision and direction.
Your role will be in the Child Protection group, but you would also support the work of the wider Public Law Section.
