The Role:
We are looking for two passionate individuals who are dedicated to supporting our clients through compassionate care and empowerment. This a Permanent Part Time vacancy in our West Pennant Hills group home with 25 - 30 hours per week.- Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence and advocate for the clients and their individual needs.- Delivering personalised support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling using a variety equipment and aids.- Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars.- Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.- Being part of a fun and dynamic team.
**Requirements**:
- Experience as a carer or DSP or assistant in nursing or in aged care (or other similar roles)- A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
