Responsibilities
* Greet visitors, clients, and contractors in a professional and welcoming manner.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.
* Maintain meeting room bookings and prepare rooms as required.
* Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
* Assist with basic accounts or office support tasks as required.
* Act as the central point of contact for staff, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
* Oversee basic finance administration including invoicing, expenses, and purchase orders.
* Hands-on assisting the team with ad-hoc tasks to help with project progression.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous experience in administration and accounts payable is highly regarded.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Confident communicator able to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Proactive, adaptable, and willing to support across teams as needed.
