Role Description
The Manager Service Delivery role is a full-time, on-site position located in Bundaberg, QLD. The selected candidate will oversee the efficient management and delivery of services, ensuring operational goals are met in alignment with council strategies. Key responsibilities include developing and overseeing service delivery programs, managing and guiding teams, monitoring performance metrics, and liaising with stakeholders. The role requires proactive problem-solving, continuous improvement initiatives, and adherence to council regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills for evaluating service performance and implementing improvements.
Experience in program and project management to oversee and execute effective service delivery plans.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and clear reporting.
Proven team management experience, including coaching and mentoring team members, to achieve desired outcomes.
Consulting experience and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet organizational objectives.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in management, public administration, or a related field.
A proven track record in local government service delivery or a similar sector is advantageous.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
