We are seeking an experienced Account Representative to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with customers to achieve individual objectives and targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and increase the number of vehicle renewals.
* Work with the Account Manager to provide account plans to protect the current business and grow wallet share.
* Serve as the liaison between the customer and our organization to achieve objectives for orders, escalate roadblocks to secure business, close deals, and maintain the highest standard of courtesy and integrity in interactions.
* Ensure a clear understanding of contracts, including Pricing, Management Fees, Services, Products, Service Levels, Profit Share, Excess Mileage, and Expiry Dates.
* Produce proposals and quotations and convert quotations to orders with a proactive approach to customers where appropriate.
Qualifications
* A comprehensive understanding of the industry and experience in managing corporate and SME accounts is desirable.
* A customer-centric approach; always striving to deliver service above customer expectations, and the ability to create and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
* Ability to manage personal workload and time effectively and to work to strict timescales with excellent process, quality and administration skills.
* Self-motivation and professionalism with the ability to multitask while delivering exceptional customer service.
* A strategic thinker, confident with the ability to effectively communicate persuasively with others, passing on information accurately and promptly.
