About the role
You will be working with a team of 2-3 Nurses including a Lead Nurse for supervision. Responsibilities include chronic disease management, triage, vaccinations, wound care, pathology collection, health assessments, recall, coordination of the treatment room, cold chain management and sterilisation.
Requirements
* Registration with AHPRA.
* Experience in General Practice Essential
* Interest in primary health care, health assessments, chronic disease management & care plans
* Strong time management skills.
* The ability to work autonomously, but also as part of our team of doctors, nurses and allied health providers.
