The Role
* Manage civil projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, time, cost and quality targets are achieved
* Lead site teams and subcontractors, driving safety and performance across all stages
* Oversee project budgets, cash flow and contract administration
* Manage programming and scheduling, ensuring smooth delivery and reporting
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with councils, authorities and service providers
The Criteria
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years' experience delivering civil infrastructure projects in Australia (Adelaide experience highly regarded)
* Strong client and authority relationship skills
* Solid commercial acumen, with demonstrated contract and cost management experience
* Confident communicator and leader with a focus on building positive project teams
