Your Role
1. The role will be managing between 120 – 175 properties; our client will never make your portfolio bigger than that!
2. No weekend work or out-of-office responsibilities, which means a great work-life balance for you!
3. Large team of property managers to support each other.
4. Designated leasing and growth team, as well as admin support offered.
5. Office car for appointments during work hours.
6. Regular training and development sessions.
Your Advantage
1. Experienced Property Manager who can step into a Senior role, with sound knowledge of current legislation.
2. Agents Representative Certificate or equivalent.
3. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Enjoys being part of a team!
5. Positive attitude and confidence in your role!
