We are seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team. As a Butcher, you will be responsible for fabricating high-quality food items daily while exceeding guest expectations by following specifications and presentation guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure special guest requests are accommodated while delivering the same high-quality standards.
- Coordinate meat and seafood cutting to support timely and efficient yields while ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld for guest safety.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as a Butcher in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
