Job Summary:
* This role is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Head of Student Wellbeing (HoSW) and delivering assistance to the Wellbeing Leads (WLs).
* The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination of wellbeing processes, maintain accurate records, and facilitate effective communication between students, families, and staff.
* They will also supervise internal suspension and subject withdrawal students as required and foster partnerships with Teaching and Learning staff to support student care and development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide direct executive and personal assistant support to the Head of Student Wellbeing (HoSW)
2. Deliver administrative assistance to the Wellbeing Leads (WLs)
3. Ensure smooth coordination of wellbeing processes, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication between students, families, and staff
4. Supervise internal suspension and subject withdrawal students as required
5. Foster partnerships and collaboration with Teaching and Learning staff to support student care and development
Requirements:
* Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive student and staff information
* A permanent, part-time term-time role with 38 hours per week during school terms
