We grow fresh chillies (the biggest chilli grower in Australia), make herb and vegetable purees, and have retail brands AvoFresh and New Fresh Farms. About the Role
As a Farm Trades Assistant, you will play a key role in helping keep our farm running smoothly.
Your work will include:
- Helping with equipment maintenance and repairs
- Supporting irrigation and machinery upkeep
- Assisting with general farm jobs and infrastructure
- Working closely with farm supervisors and trades staff
This is a full time, Monday to Friday role with steady hours.
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who:
- Has some experience in hands-on, practical work (farm, factory, or trades is a bonus)
- Is willing to learn and follow instructions from experienced staff
- Has a can-do attitude and enjoys problem-solving
- Can work safely and as part of a team
- Holds a current driver’s license and has reliable transport
No formal qualifications are required.
