United Petroleum is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to join our dynamic team in Alice Springs. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day retail operations, ensuring smooth performance, excellent customer service, and compliance across all areas of the business.
The core duties of the role will include but are not limited to:
* Staff management, rostering and training
* Daily banking and reconciliation reports
* Management and ordering of stock
* Presentation and preparation of quality food and grocery options
* Direct communication link with suppliers
* Required reporting of fuel, stock and sales
* Coordination and management of on-site kitchen, supply and service
* Responsibility for maintaining the store and ensuring effective retail service for the customer base including conflict resolution
* Management of workplace OH&S
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage a variety of tasks in an effective manner to ensure the smooth operation and maximise the full potential of the outlet. It is highly preferred that previous retail management experience of a service station or similar retail outlet can be demonstrated within application. Basic food handling and storage skills are highly desired within the role.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
