Job Description
About the Role
As an experienced Occupational Therapist at Novita, based in Berri, you will:
* Manage a diverse and complex caseload, delivering evidence-based assessments and tailored programs of support
* Provide clinical leadership by supervising early career occupational therapists and supporting their professional development
* Lead by example in the delivery of evidence-based, client-centred therapeutic supports
* Contribute to service innovation within your own caseload and across the whole organisation by developing community-based programs and enhancing service delivery
* Actively participate in service planning, client reviews, and multidisciplinary decision-making
* Work closely with other senior clinicians, team leaders and clinical leads to support positive team culture and improve service delivery

What You'll Need Before Starting
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
* Current registration with AHPRA and the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia
* Current Driver's License
* Current NDIS Worker Check and SA Working with Children Check (must be completed before starting)
* Child Safe Environments training (Through Your Eyes)
* Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module: Quality, Safety and You
* First Aid certificate (Desirable)
