Position Summary
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support three Directors at a leading architecture and design firm on a 12‐month fixed‐term contract with the possibility of permanent placement. The role is based at a centrally located, award‐winning office.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing multiple diaries.
* Scheduling and coordinating multiple teams.
* Document control and management.
* Planning travel, including accommodations and transport.
* Assisting in the collection and analysis of project data.
* Communicating and building rapport with key external stakeholders and clients.
* Playing an integral role in shaping the directors' day‐to‐day planning, streamlining processes, and understanding their needs.
Qualifications
* Ideally one year of experience as a Personal Assistant.
* Intermediate to advanced MS Office (Suite) skills.
* Extensive diary management experience.
* High level of integrity.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship‐building skills.
* A well‐organised, process‐oriented, and positive approach.
