The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing domestic assistance and personal care support to clients in their own homes
* Assisting with transportation and building strong relationships with customers and their families
* Ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines and customer care plans
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate empathy, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds.
Required qualifications and skills include:
* 12 months experience in a care role, preferably in aged care or individual support
* Good verbal and written English skills
* Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday and Friday
* A current Australian driver's license and ownership of a reliable vehicle
* A current first aid certificate
