Office Concierge & Operations Coordinator

Doreen Location (Stone Real Estate Whittlesea & Doreen)

Full Time | Monday - Friday

Are you looking to step up in your administrative career and work closely with our leaders in a fast‑growing real estate business? This role offers the perfect pathway into Operations, Executive Support and Office Management - with exposure to high‑level systems, events planning and marketing functions.

We're expanding into our brand‑new Doreen office and are seeking a professional, organised and customer‑centric team member to be the welcoming face of our business.


About the Role

As our Office Concierge & Operations Coordinator, you will be central to the smooth running of both our Doreen and Whittlesea offices. This role suits someone who thrives in multi‑tasking, loves being organised and wants to work with a dynamic leadership team.


Responsibilities

* Reception & front‑of‑house concierge duties
* Greeting walk‑ins, guests, trades, clients and visitors
* Managing the Doreen office presentation, supplies & meeting spaces
* Secondary support for incoming calls (primary call flow via Whittlesea office)
* Supporting onboarding into new software platforms
* Coordinating and maintaining the marketing & events calendar
>Assisting with planning office initiatives, local events & client gifting
* General administrative support for Directors and internal team
* Liaising with sales and property management teams
* Other day‑to‑day administrative duties as required


Qualifications

* Customer service or office administration experience
* A polished and friendly manner when dealing with clients
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
* Tech‑savvy approach and willingness to learn
* Confidence in managing multiple tasks with attention to detail
* A positive and proactive attitude
* Real estate office experience is ideal but not essential – training is provided for the right candidate
