What do we need?
Are you looking for your next creative role… We are looking for a designer who has a solid grasp of composition, both traditional and digital illustration, colour, typography, photo retouching and layout. You are a curious and confident self-starter, with strong creative and conceptual skills. A portfolio showcasing a strong and diverse illustration and surface design ability is highly regarded. Understanding of the print production process as well as design solutions for a digital output would be amazing too.
Skills:
* Experience designing on trend patterns, graphics, illustrations and surface design for consumer goods / products.
* Great time management with a can-do attitude and a positive manner
* EPIC- Ethical, Passionate, Inspiring and Creative
* Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (on a Mac Platform) including creative typography, typesetting skills and design principles.
* A good understanding of current design standards and trends
* Curious and eager to learn new techniques, tools and technologies
* Creative problem-solving ability and adaptability
* Passionate about creativity and committed to producing great work
* Ability to work with tight deadlines, capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Ability to follow/ understand brand guidelines and design with our core customers in mind
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Attention to detail
Ideally 1-2 years relevant experience within a creative wholesale environment.
