Job Description:
As part of the Maritime Integrated Warfare Systems Branch, the Hunter Class Frigate Combat System program is responsible for delivering an integrated combat system and support system to the broader SEA 5000 Hunter Class Frigate project.
Key responsibilities include managing and coordinating project management functions across the HCF CS program to ensure successful delivery into the SEA5000 project. This position reports to the HCF CS Project Director and manages and coordinates the Project Management Office (PMO), programmatic risks, scheduling, project planning, CDRL management, support to government submissions, multiple interdependent projects, primary point of contact for the PMO and liaison with other internal key stakeholders for scope, risk, scheduling and finance to ensure alignment across multiple projects.
The role requires experience in working with complex systems, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and project personnel to achieve outcomes to deadlines.
