Experienced Forwarder/ Excavator with Skidder Experience
BR & KF Muskett & Sons are a family-owned business that has been at the forefront of the Tassie timber industry for over 50 years. From crosscut saws and bullock teams, to Kenworth's 8x4 K200s, we have built one of the most professional forest operations in the country.
We are looking for an experienced Forwarder, Excavator, Harvesting Operator to harvest plantation pine and plantation hardwood timber.
The work is based in the Derwent Valley. There is a Full Time position available and above award rates for a successful applicant.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Harvest plantation pine and plantation hardwood timber
* Experience as a Harvest Operator
* Experience as an excavator operator
* Right to work in Australia
* Experience as a machine operator
* Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
* Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical check
* Current Australian driver's licence
