Opportunity
Based at our Camberwell Support Office, this full‐time, 12‐month maximum‐term Service Desk Analyst role provides first and second‐level support across our bakery network and corporate teams.
What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering seamless technical support to bakery and corporate users via phone and email, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
* Providing 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting across software, hardware, network and retail systems.
* Offering an outstanding customer service experience with a reassuring, solutions‐focused approach.
* Creating, updating and maintaining knowledge base articles and Service Desk documentation.
* Working within a rotating roster (Monday to Friday), with some weekend and after‐hours on‐call support.
* Collaborating with external vendors and internal stakeholders to implement changes and support key projects.
Qualifications
* Qualifications in Business Information Systems or equivalent experience (highly regarded).
* Demonstrated experience providing 1st and 2nd level technical support in a service desk or customer support environment.
* Strong, empathetic communication skills with the ability to stay calm, patient and professional – especially under pressure.
* Experience in retail, hospitality, or high‐volume customer service environments.
* Solid capability in diagnosing and resolving technical issues across hardware, software and networks.
* Familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks.
* Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
* Exposure to retail IT systems (POS, networks, store technology) is a bonus.
