GHD invites you to join as a Proposal Specialist within our NSW / ACT Proposal Hub, supporting winning bid strategies and developing high-quality, compliant proposals for the five markets we serve.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with technical, client, and markets teams to develop winning bid strategies and proposals.
Drive proposal development, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Lead and facilitate bid workshops, reviews, and manage bid action plans.
Highlight the GHD difference and challenge bid teams to develop compelling proposals throughout the winning work lifecycle from opportunity through to proposal and post-submission activities.
Qualifications
8–12 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within professional services, construction, or property industries.
Highly developed communication skills with the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across an organization.
Proactive, organised, and outcomes-oriented approach with exceptional people and relationship skills and the ability to influence and negotiate.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite also desirable.
Location
Location can be Sydney, Newcastle, Canberra or any of our NSW regional offices.
