Customer Service Consultant Role at Heritage and People's Choice
We are seeking a passionate customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant. As the face of our business for our members, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport with our customers.
About the Role
This is a permanent part-time position based at our Whyalla Branch, with set hours from 9:00am-4:15pm, Monday to Friday. You will work closely with our members to understand their financial position, goals, and aspirations and help align our products to meet their needs.
Your Responsibilities
* Make it easy for our members to bank with us
* Support our members in using our digital services
* Identify opportunities to promote our products and services
* Refer members onto our loan specialists
* Navigate multiple contemporary systems and software programs
