This is a hands‑on role offering real exposure to all areas of property management. Working closely with an experienced Property Manager, you'll build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and trades while learning how to manage workflows, resolve issues efficiently and deliver a high level of service. Role & Responsibilities:
* Supporting an experienced Property Manager with the day‑to‑day management of a residential portfolio
* Assisting with landlord and tenant communication via phone, email and in person
* Coordinating maintenance requests, follow‑ups and contractor access
* Liaising with trades to arrange quotes, repairs and ongoing works
* Assisting with routine inspections and ingoing / outgoing condition reports
* Helping prepare lease renewals and respond to tenant enquiries
* Updating property management systems and maintaining accurate records
* Managing general administration including data entry, filing and document preparation
* Ensuring tasks are completed in line with company procedures and legislative requirements
* Contributing to a high level of customer service and a positive team environment
Requirements:
* Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Previous real estate or customer service experience is highly regarded, but not essential
