Job role:
Key responsibilities:
- Providing support to General Manager
- Corresponding on behalf of Manager
- Preparing business proposals
- Preparing consignment agreements
- Importing and exporting
- Development and maintenance of B2B electronic catalogue for online ordering
- Maintenance of stock levels
- Reporting
- Account management
**Implementing and maintaining SOP's
- Organising travel and accommodation
- Invoicing
- Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes
- Preparing Powerpoint presentations
You will also be responsible for online marketing, social media coordination and back end of website for orders.
