The opportunity This is a key leadership role within a fast-scaling SaaS organisation with global customers and an ambitious growth agenda.
We're looking for a Senior Product Delivery Manager who brings authority, structure and pace to product execution. You'll sit at the centre of product, technology and delivery, turning strategy into action and ensuring complex initiatives land on time, at quality, and with real customer impact.
Working alongside a Product Owner who sets the vision, you'll own delivery end to end. This role is about momentum, clarity and accountability, keeping teams focused, removing blockers, and ensuring the roadmap becomes reality.

What you'll own Product delivery leadership
* Lead the execution of a complex, multi-stream product roadmap
* Convert strategic priorities and customer insights into executable delivery plans
* Own backlog health, delivery cadence and sprint effectiveness
* Set the standard for delivery discipline, quality and accountability
* Ensure features are delivered on time, to scope and to a high standard
Agile delivery and execution
* Lead Agile ceremonies with confidence and purpose
* Partner closely with engineering, design, QA and product to drive outcomes
* Balance speed, quality and technical considerations in delivery decisions
* Champion continuous improvement across product delivery practices
End-to-end initiative ownership
* Own delivery from discovery through to release and rollout
* Build and manage delivery plans, timelines, dependencies and resourcing
* Proactively manage risks, issues and trade-offs
* Track progress using delivery metrics, dashboards and reporting
* Ensure releases are well communicated, documented and supported
Senior stakeholder engagement
* Act as the operational anchor between product, technology, implementation and customer-facing teams
* Provide clear direction, expectations and updates to stakeholders
* Coordinate demos, feature showcases, training and enablement activities
* Build trust through transparency, consistency and delivery follow-through
Delivery culture and uplift
* Influence and uplift delivery maturity across the organisation
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve flow
* Embed feedback loops to continuously improve product usability and delivery efficiency
* Support change management through structured communication and documentation
What you'll bring
* 5+ years' experience in product delivery, delivery management or senior project delivery roles
* Strong background in SaaS or product-led technology environments
* Proven track record delivering complex initiatives in fast-paced settings
* Deep hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum delivery
* Confidence working with technical teams and navigating trade-offs
* Exceptional organisation, prioritisation and execution skills
* Strong stakeholder presence that is calm, clear and credible
Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, ClickUp or similar delivery platforms is highly regarded.
Nice to have
* Agile or project management certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, PMP or PRINCE2
* Background in Business Analysis, QA or engineering-adjacent roles
* Experience scaling delivery practices in growing SaaS organisations
