Overview
We're looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives on exceeding targets and driving new growth. This is a primarily office-based sales role (with some flexibility to work from home) where success comes from time spent on the phone building meaningful conversations — supported by structured outreach and pipeline management. You'll also travel to industry events and meet clients face-to-face when valuable.

What You'll Do

* Keep CRM activity accurate and pipelines sharp
* Work collaboratively with your team while owning results
* Attend industry events and client meetings when required

* Comfortable spending significant time on the phone engaging clients
* Confident communicator with strong influencing skills
* Resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven
* Based on the Gold Coast, with flexibility to travel for events/clients
