Main Responsibilities:
* Perform routine to complicated administrative duties under minimal supervision
* Handle routine and complicated items independently and anticipate problems and changing priorities
* Duties require accuracy, judgment, a moderate degree of initiative, discretion, diplomacy, and knowledge of protocol; work with confidential information
* Maintain a file of important matters for the executive's attention upon return
* Anticipate changing priorities and problems, alerting the manager as required
* Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries; prepare detailed expense reports using designated software
* Compose routine correspondence for signature; review outgoing correspondence to ensure accuracy and proper format
* Assist in coordinating internal and external meetings; maintain calendar for responsible manager using designated software
* Compile and distribute conference notes and meeting minutes, along with resulting action items
* Assign document numbers and enter into electronic document management system
