Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Client Executive to join our team. In this role, you will work on exciting projects for iconic brands, supporting the coordination, communication, and operational delivery of content marketing campaigns.
As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for campaign administration, timeline management, budgeting, and creative workflow coordination. You will also act as a liaison between internal teams and vendors, providing updates and ensuring professional communication across channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 1–2 years' experience in marketing, campaign support, account coordination, or production and finished studying marketing, communications, or a related field
* Proficient with project management tools like Trello, Google Workspace, and ideally WoodWing Studio
* Comfortable working within high-volume content frameworks
* Familiar with multi-stage review processes and complex administrative workflows
* Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong admin and time management skills
* A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to juggle competing deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
