What You’ll Be Doing
- Support delivery of high‑quality care across Charlestown Community Services Centre and its community‑based programs; assist with client care – preparing for treatments, helping with evaluations, providing information about available services.
- Help plan and deliver recreational and therapeutic activities that promote mental stimulation, social connection, and wellbeing.
- Provide administrative support, maintain records and resources, and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills.
- Contribute to care planning, ensuring the best outcomes for clients through effective communication and teamwork.
