Pharmacy Assistant – Specialist Compounding Pharmacy

Join a leading dermatology-focused compounding pharmacy working closely with some of Australia's top dermatologists and skin clinics.
This is a dynamic front-of-house and operations role where no two days are the same. While we serve walk-in patients in-store, a large part of our business involves phone, email, and postal orders, requiring strong organisation and attention to detail.
About the Role
You will be a key part of our daily operations, responsible for:
* Processing in-store, phone, email, and postal orders accurately
* Providing professional customer service via phone and email
* Liaising with dermatology clinics and prescribers
* Preparing, packing, and dispatching daily interstate orders
* Ensuring prescriptions, invoices, and patient details are correct
* Meeting strict daily cut-off times and deadlines
* Supporting pharmacists with general pharmacy and admin tasks
About You
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident on the phone and comfortable handling high volumes
* Organised, reliable, and deadline-driven
* Pharmacy or healthcare experience preferred (but not essential)
* Minimum 1+ years of previous pharmacy assistant experience required
* If no pharmacy experience, minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or healthcare environment is required
