This is a unique opportunity to join a thriving privately owned 10 doctor practice, which boasts a relaxing ambient rural feel, whilst being strategically set in a burgeoning DPA location.
Due to a maternity leave and impending departure of the current registrar, a substantial and loyal patient base awaits. The existing team of friendly cohesive doctors are booked out in advance, so you'll hit the ground running.
With a stable administration team, a highly supportive nursing team and a collegial easy-going, clinical team, a little bit of fun is appreciated. There's a diverse patient base so your favoured clinical interests can be supported
Flexible hours on offer – full time or part-time – you make it work for you Suitable for an unrestricted VR GP, a Substantially Comparable doctor undertaking PEP towards FRACGP, or those requiring MM1/DPA
About The Practice
* Privately owned
* ~30 minute drive from Brisbane against the traffic (most doctors who work at the practice live in Brisbane)
* Mixed billing
* Currently booked out, and have been like this for the last 3years
* 10 large GP consult rooms with their own procedure space, natural light and individual patient waiting rooms
* Large treatment room
* 3 Registered nurses Friendly, collegiate atmosphere
* Will support clinical interests
* Pathology and Pharmacy onsite
* Massive expansion in the local area with ****** new houses going in locally.
* Open 6days/wk
About The Role
* 70% billings (75% if you wanted to work weekend)
o Afterhours/weekends are billed at a higher rate: Standard $100; Long consult $140
* Doctors bill range between $300k & $700k pending days & hours working
* Minimum guarantee/ relocation subject to negotiation
Essential Requirements
FRACGP, MRCGP or those assessed as substantially comparable under the RACGP's PEP Specialist Stream
This job is not suitable for doctors who require AMC part 1 and 2.
