We are currently looking for Support workers to join us full time.
The overall purpose of the role is to provide personal care and support in a range of activities of daily living intended to meet the consumer's defined goals. These can include hygiene, dressing and grooming, community access, social support, shopping, meal preparation, respite support and domestic assistance.

Duties:
•Working one-on-one with clients to provide support with their personal care such as bathing, grooming, maintaining personal hygiene and eating
•Aiding clients with their daily treatment plans including rehabilitation exercises, delivery of medication and therapy plans
•Assisting clients with mobility challenges, helping them move around, transfer between places, and perform exercises recommended by healthcare professionals
•Engaging in the collaborative planning of client's care
•Helping clients use and maintain any necessary medical equipment or aids, such as walkers and wheelchairs
•Maintaining accurate records of care provided, including any changes in the individual's health or specific needs
•Communicating with healthcare professionals and family members to provide updates on clients condition and progress
Skills and experience Required:
•Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual support, disability, community services or equivalent relevant qualification
•You have relevant industry work experience
•First Aid Certificate
•A current National Police certificate
•Current driver's license with registered and reliable vehicle
•Physically capable of meeting the requirements of the role
•Ability to pass a clearance check via NDIS
