Executive Support Officer Role
This is a 12-14 month non-ongoing contract, with the option to extend under S26. The successful candidate will provide high-level executive, secretariat, and project support services across the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and contribute to projects to support operational and strategic objectives
* Prepare, manage, and review briefing material and correspondence related to the broad project portfolio
* Manage the workflow in and out of the General Manager's office, ensuring timely receipt and actioning of materials and correspondence
* Coordinate research, analysis of trends, and hot issues to escalate and provide briefing material to executives
* Develop and oversee the implementation and evaluation of administrative practices, systems, and procedures to optimise efficiency and support quality outcomes
* Provide administrative support as required, including preparing complex or sensitive correspondence, documentation, reports, submissions, and meeting papers
Requirements:
* Proven experience within an EO, Ministerial, or Division Support based role
* Current minimum Baseline clearance
* Flexible, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently
* Positive and engaging attitude when engaging with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to prioritise tasks to meet strict deadlines
