Hudson Projects and Services have partnered with a financial services institution who are seeking a process analyst and writer to join the team.
This Process Analyst and Writer role will work on a Collections transformation spanning several years. The first step of this program is to replace a legacy system. There will be process change, system change and lots of BAU integration and readiness.
Primarily based in Bedford Park in Eastern Adelaide
- about 20 mins from the City Centre by car. The role can work flexibly and will report into the Change Lead.
**12 month contract role with the view to extend**
The purpose of this role is analysing business process and workflow changes and document the changes. Also, to facilitate process workshops, update process and business requirements documents.
**Responsibilities**:
- Focus on process changes arising from the introduction of Powercurve.
- Develop and maintain a master process register and ensure traceability of changes to processes.
- Write new processes or update existing processes. And chaperone these through review and sign-off.
- Be comfortable working with functional requirements and user stories, as they relate to developing process change.
- Handover signed-off processes to the dedicated Knowledge Management consultant, who is accountable for formatting and publication into the relevant internal tools.
**Who you are**:
- Proven experience in writing technical documents including mapping and writing processes.
- Knowledge and understanding of process mapping and structure.
- Ability to understand the requirements and document the right thing.
- Experience in a project driven environment.
- Strong relationship and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to engage with SME's.
- Critical thinking and analysis with a business acumen.
