Administration - Full Time position available
Owing to an expansion of our already busy clinic, Health First Maryborough is offering an opportunity for an energetic and motivated Admin/Receptionist who would like to join our team. As a valued Admin employee you will deliver quality customer service aligning your values with our company mission and growth strategies, as we provide high quality, client-focused allied health outcomes across broad sectors of the community. In this role, you will need to be available for 38 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining up to date diary of therapists and opening hours
- Efficient coordination of clinic communications (emails/letters etc)
- Maintain general tidiness of clinic and treatment rooms
- Undertake fee collection, Process all facilities of payments – Cash, EFTPOS, HICAPS, cheques, and issue receipts
- Promote in house services and products to potential clients/customers
- Maintain correct and up to date client records
- Confirm, reschedule, cancel appointments
- A high degree of customer service is provided for all calls. All message details are taken accurately and ensure that they are followed up accordingly.
About you:
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Confident with upselling and promoting company services
- Demonstrates time management, coordination, delegation and organisation skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication. Attitude to take initiative, dedication, reliability and flexibility relating to work ethic Proficient in G-Suite
- Adequate grammar and mathematical skills
- Inviting and welcoming personality
- Completion of year 12
